map help please?

Hey guys, the newb again, listen, I'm trying to doenload new maps, but i can't get them to work, (i.e. they don't come up in the list of maps when i go to play) please someone, help me out!

Place em in this dir:

...\esforces\maps

Simple.

k I put 'em in the maps section, but still, no extra maps come up in the maps directory of the game, what now?

their there... they just dont show up in the map list... all u do is start a game on any map that shows up and type map whateverthenameis into the console and it loads the map... simple as that

k, the console thing didn't work.... now what? it said the map file was not in the directory but it is, but tell me, for the file to work, what all has to be in the maps dir.?
