Map can't be found

I have been trying my hand with map making for fun, but when I try to get in it says cannot find map my first map (thats what I called it)

1. make sure its in the map directiory

2. make sure its compiled using the sertain mods fgd

3. make sure its a hl map

Maybe you should ask this in Mapping or in help section!!
At least you should ask Zero or Striker (and maybe s2k-dj-ready)
those r some great mappers , they should know an answer of ur problem

ONE MORE THING!!! make sure there is a info_player_deathmatch
in your lvl... ESF doesn't use it but just put one in!!
