You're right. destructable rocks and walls would be gone after 2 minutes... The remaining 43 mins on the map wouldn't be affected by it at all (except the lags).

Um no that would lick balls, because Red Faction, in fact licks balls.

You'd just get n00bies messing about with the walls the whole time rather than doing their job and fighting/capping. They'd be like:

"w00t, chekc out my el387 skilz at blwoing up walz. Check out my tunell!!!! I 0wnz!"

Then I'd have to throw a big bang down the tunnel and kill my own team mate. I really don't wanna have to do that.
