Making Sigs..

i was kinda intrested in making sigs now sp Could Someone please explain what i need to start making sigs i mean like what exact programs and stuff.

hmm which photoshop exactly, i mean theres photoshop 3.1, 7 and ect and what are tuts exactly?!?

PS 7 and PS CS are the best for sigs, and tuts = tutorials, they help you learn how to make backgrounds or use brushes or just make stuff in general =/ I'll get you a link for 7 in a sec.
