What do you do when your computer gets random error reports, What do you do when Windows Media Player freezes everytime you open it, What do you do when a error report pops up then you try to open a program and nothing happens,

I don't know what's wrong with this computer, I want to reinstall it but I don't know how, I've used spyware/adware removal and it removes files but the same errors occur, I need a program that can help me or something please help.

Sounds like you should try reinstalling your operating system, which operating system do you use?

Don't you have the manual? I'm sure it tells you how to install and uninstall XP. I'm looking through the Microsoft site but I haven't found anything yet.

I don't know if I should do it or not becase last time I did it I didn't know what I was doing, I hope if I ask my mom if I can do it I hope she doesn't freak out and says yes.

Get your Windows XP CD, put it in the CD-Drive, reboot your PC, when BIOS is booting, watch closely to find out what key to press in order to get into the boot-menu.. Once you're in the boot-menu, choose to boot from CD and off you go to install WinXP

Backup all of your important files to CDs/DVDs/other local computers, boot from your Windows installation CD, and follow the instructions. The XP installer will give you an option to reformat your hard drive partition(s), then install Windows again. The whole reformat and installation process should take about an hour.

Just make sure you spend a good, long time scouring your computer for files you don't want to lose. Once you reformat, you're back to a clean install of Windows, with incredibly little chance of recovering any forgotten files.

If you're not comfortable with the process, maybe you have a friend who is? It's not incredibly complicated, as in there isn't much you can do to mess it up. The XP installer has been made rather simple to follow. There's plenty of guides online, I'm sure, you could read over to see what you'll be doing.

Find the problem before doing anything drastic. Could be spywarez, or even just bad RAM

RAM = Random Access Memory. The Processor writes and reads information from the system memory. Bad memory on the other hand can be caused by unreliable memory, possible faulty memory or just through general use it can begin to suffer from errors or memory that could have been damaged through overclocking.

If you suspect that you have faulty memory, run a memory diagnostic test such as Memtest and post back the results.

Installing XP is rather easy, just make sure you set in your BIOS to have it boot off your cd-rom with the xp cd inserted. When it comes time for you to format the drive through the setup, do not select quick format. Usually, I format my drive in NTFS.

I always pick quick format. Especially on other people's comps.

I reinstalled the computer and everything remains the same, about 10 GBs have been deleted from my comp and now I have more GB's, I don't know if I installed or not, I chose new installation then repair, Dunno if that is right.

OMG..... My screen is humoungus, I just reinstalled Windows succsessfully, But everytime I go to properties I can't change the screen size, All my drivers are gone, Thank god I managed to connect to the internet, Please guys I need help!

download + install latest drivers.

As already mentioned, re-download all nessacary drivers. Make sure you know what hardware you have before you go looking for drivers though, you don't want to install a driver for hardware you don't have (An example is this is with aminboard drivers, however these days drivers are mostly made by the manafacturer of the chipset, the manafacturer of the mainboard will most likely add drivers for other things that they put on their product such as extra lan controllers, sata controllers etc).
