Locked Acending

I reached super saiyan 3 today on my solo server and it wouldnt let me Acend to SSJ 4 when i enough PL.

Also, is there a way to set your power level in the consol?

ESF doesn't support SSJ2 or SSJ3, especially not SSJ4 at this stage. You'll have to go visit whoever retards made the mod-mod you're using (whatever you modified plain old 1.2.3 with)
