The vector work is very nice, I'm impressed you took the time to do it. The biohazard symbol seems completely unnecessary to me, as does the constant repetition of the Gundam image. Nothing in the wallpaper seems to represent a bio-chemical hazard to me, mostly because there's nothing biological in the wallpaper. You even took the somewhat organic lineart and replaced it with vectors, further removing it from any living element. Despite my personal aversion to the so-called "techy-type", I can see it being used in this image. I just think you should tighten yours up. If I recall, you don't use actual text in your graphics, you use shapes, right? It certainly looks that way from here. That's the easy way out, and I think it ends up taking away from the piece immensly. It creates a lot of physical oddities that wouldn't make sense if a computer was actually generating the text. The two most obvious problems: the linespacing is hugely inconsistent, and the text isn't aligned properly. I am aslo of the belief that any text you use in the piece should directly relate to the topic matter.
Now that I think about it, the image repetition may work well if it indicated movement of some kind. Anyway, the color is nice, and I think (other than the biohazard) you did a good job of visually associating things.
