I think his neck is a bit too much forward from the side view

Agree with Shady, grab the head verts including the connection verts to the neck and move it backwards a bit.

Two other things, I think the legs are a bit too long and the lower folds look a bit unbalanced, dont know if it makes sense but it bugs me a bit.
I find the folds looking great, just a bit unbalanced from the front view (mainly talking about the outer-lower fold in the first render)

Besides what's already been pointed out, the pelvis area is bothering me. It looks too long, and that's probably what's throwing off the proportions of the legs

-made him shorter
-pushed pelvis up a bit
-tried to fix the folds but I have no idea how

to do list:

*fix folds
*make other stuff... like....ummm....arms...yes arms!

Amazing man. But let me tell you this before anyone else: Can you make a matching trans for him? Most of the people who model Krillin only model his 1st form. And none of the 2nd forms appeal to me, maybe yours will be the first. But, your choice entirely
