he looks drunk from the front view, move eyes more outside.
the arms need aload of tweaks because the ending of you skinmap is quite seeable, means that the skintones changes dramatcli on some places.
the dark tone color on the side of the shirt does look out of place, may make it abit less darker.

use more colors on the skin aswell.

Sadly, school has taken over for a bit, so I couldn't work on him as much as I'd like to.
