i know a bug with krillin. hit secondary attack to charge your disk, you can then charge or block while charging it, once the disk is done charging you can then move about at the half speed "normal when you charge a disk" while powering up or blocking. so i can block and move at the same time, charge and move at the same time, when i stop blocking or charging, i then move at krillins normal speed. so i get no penalty for having a disk charged. that means i get an almost unfair advantage when i use krillin btw i can teleport while charging the disk and after its loaded. :]
