Is it me or do some people take this game a little too seriously?

It's like any other game. There's no such thing as a gaming community in which everyone's nice and plays for fun and la-dee-da-dee-da there's always obsessed people who get mad pissed when you do something and call you a "g4y f4gg0t" etc etc.

You can find an easy-going server out their just as easily as you can find a crazy one where people are all angry and stuff.

As for esf, I play esf from time to time, I'm really not all that good. But my computer is hardly "top of the line"

i agree with what V' has to say about the game, i play it mostly as a stress reliever, works wonders when you are really pissed off but on occasion i do play just for fun :talk:

Game - An activity providing entertainment or amusement; a pastime.

That is what ESF or any HL mod is. That's the way it is ment to be taken. That is the way I take it. Some people get crazy in the midst of the game. You know get caught up in the moment or something? Way of life?! ROFL

Uh yeah you would be referring to me..and just to let you know Tform killing was just not allowed on my server "Too display my true power"was just an attempt to make you stop tform killing,it didn't work so i kicked you. oh to stay on topic i don't take this game seriously i just play for fun But V' is right it can be a stress reliever.
