Can there be something that you be able to save your PL and that when you play another game the PL is still the same. And people can train there PL with gravity and al that stuff.

I think HL is capable of doing that. But it would be terribly unfair for new people. There just isnt much of a point to it.

HL can handle it, there is a little WarCraft III plugin for Counter-Strike that keeps track of your stats.
But that would severely unbalence the game, so much so in this kind of game that it probably shouldn't be done.

And generally, I don't like this idea. It would be better just to have a cvar to edit power levels.

ESF is not a RPG. If you want to keep your stats, play Diablo II

Anyways, CVar for starting pl would be great! (Should be in % of standard starting pl)

Yeah a cvar for a starting pl would be a really good idea indeed, and not hard to make aswel, especially when you got little time or want to try a new ssj skin, sound or something.

+ It wouldnt be a bad idea to have a server that does remeber your pl, its your own choice if you are goin to join that server or not.
