Ki Vanish Techneque

Well I've been thinking for quite a while and I finally came up with something!In the Babidi Saga, after Vegeta turned )v(ajin-When Goku and Vegeta were finghting, Vegeta shot a blast at Goku and Goku used his Ki to make the beam vanish into another dimension or somewhat.I think all characters should have this techneque so it won't over-power Goku.
It would work by:

When a character shoots a beam and you press block right before it touches you, the character should use that techneque(whatever its called...)
What do you think?

It would be abused to much , soon as somone sees a beam coming at them *blocks and sends the beam to diffent dimension* *powers up* and it repeats , but thats just me

maybe you have to get the timing just right...
and your power level would have to be way higher enough to just smash it away with out a block struggle. that way you might have some varyiation but i think it would look like a glitch in the game so i don't think it would work

at least u got a chance to return their own skill n damage

it would use ki to vanish the beam,
it would work only on DeAttached weapons
IMHO it should use the same amount of ki that was used to create the Energy Blast
you'll need to press block+primary fire - then you'll get to another blocking mode
the quickest one will be to use block as it is now in 1.1
a lil longer one will be to vanish the energy - as your example
the last option will be to keep that blast and one you've stopped it
it wont move til lyou deside to use it like khh torpedo
(the last option will be like something Garlic Junyor could do at the end, but he didnt...

but I just dont get it why pplz keep posting suggestions when 0 team members
come to this forum to visit and give us hope that they will add something from here
to the game?
