If you look on the show they get faster all the time but in reality you never see them speed up (goku arives on namek and becomes so fast he cant be seen) The he fights cell and is much faster than he was before bit everyone marvels at the fact that he cant be seen. and then cell becomes so fast that he cant be seen and goku who didnt get slower can be seen again. The when gohan goes ssj2 He is so fast he cant be seen but cell going full out can be seen again.)So people dont get faster they just get slower in relation to other people. So in the game people with a high pl should stay the same but if u have 1mil pl and the highest in the server has 500mil you should be much slower. (sorry so long winded;-)
