It's official, Jericho will be back from the dead! 7 new episodes were ordered as a mid season replacement next year, and if Jericho does well, it will return from the grave permanently!

Show your support for arguably the best written show on all of the abyss called network television! Reruns of season 1 start in July!

Nina Tassler, pres of cbs, has also requested that we fans no longer send her nuts. LOL.;/

Sorry, but wrestling isn't my thing. I liked it 12 years ago... when I was 5 years old...

Power of the people, it's good to see that the man has to bow down to the consumer's wishes from time to time

Didn't watch the show before but if Cuc is so nuts about it I should give it a watch, go TIVO!!

July 6th if memory serves. CBS has pleged to actually back their own show up with promotional time this time around.

In a nutshell, the show starts with a few people having a normal day in Jericho, Kansas . . . until they see a mushroom cloud in the distance in the direction of denver. Over the next few weeks, they find that out of 20 nuclear attacks, only New York City caught their bombers and stopped the bomb from detonation. Two men in Jericho are more than they appear, but I'm not going to ruin that for any would be watchers. I'm also not going to reveal who's behind the bombs, but the reruns will have you screaming "NUTS!" to CBS' next attempt to cancel it.

The show is about coping with the end of the United States after a massive nuclear attack, and about how your world would change overnight. The last three or four episodes were real adrenaline pumpers, but there were plenty of other action filled episodes throughout.

Uhh, I don't really need a show to tell me how much the end of the United States would suck. I can pretty much figure that out on my own.

I could say the same for you xD. Where you been, man? Anyway, I hope they'll air the reruns here in Serbia, highly doubt it though, but it sounds like a good show.

It's not meant to educate, it's meant to entertain.

You don't need to come in here and troll my thread either. First you make an assumption that it's about wrestling, as if it were the only thing I watch, then you insist on having it told to you because your too lazy, now you negatively comment on my veiwing choices again because . . . . your trolling for trouble.

Yeah, that's what it looks like, here's a freinldy reminder, unless you've seen the show and want to debate why it's not good, you can stay out of the thread or be hit for a warning. If you have a problem with this, feel free to PM me, I will not respond to your problem with it in here, and will warn you for it instead.

EDIT:

To dan esf fanatic:

I have been busy working hard to procure a home for my family, as I've been renting all this time and it's much preferable to buy a house than to rent one. Whether I will have time to continue my online presence after I move in remains to be seen.

So I watched the first episode on the CBS website (has all episodes with very few commercials), and I thought the acting wasn't great, but overall, it wasn't so bad. I started the 2nd episode, and the first thing I heard was "but won't the rain wash out the radiation from the air?" to which the 'smart' guy of the group replied "Yes it will, but the rain will bring the concentrated radiation right down to the town." At which point, I lol'd and closed the window.

Optional, they're talking about fallout, which was the name of the episode, which would very much behave as described by the episode, so the LOL's on you I suppose.

They specifically said 'radiation,' which is misleading. If they meant the fallout from the particles, then yes, you're right.

If you are talking to bumpkins from Kansas, would you use the word fallout or radiation? I think it was perfectly normal for things like that to be said to civilians.
