I cannot start up ESF anymore, nor any of the other third party mods I have on steam! I recently deleted all my cookies, could this be the problem? Anyways, I've got HL, and a legit CD key + steam. The error message is as follows "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time." And I played ESF yesterday without any problems =/ Suggestions?

Naw, you just can't play for a while. You have to wait, it happens from time to time.
Usually this is caused by updating steam. Did you update steam today? If so there is your problem.
Though that's not the only reason it does that. It could just not be working at the moment. Just wait an hour or so. Should work after that.
