Issue with trying to play

Ive been trying to just play the game to experience it, even if just against bots, but whenever i try to just start a lan game, it quits before it even gets into the game. Any help?

That image looks a bit weird. Looks like esf didn't start correctly or something.
It looks like you have Half-Life 1 on Steam and installed esf 1.3 open beta. Normally it should work, the error only shows it can't open a sound file.


Did you start esf through steam? After installing esf, when you restart steam, esf should have been added to your games list.
