Is WON down or is it just me?

I tried accessing the WON server lists, and I couldn't. It tried a few IP's to get the server list, but it acted like it would when my internet is down (and yes, my internet is working fine). I turned off my firewall to see if that was blocking it, but nothing changed. I tried my other computer, but it couldnt connect either, with or without the firewall open.
Anyone else having this problem? (Started happening just a few mins ago)
