IRC troubles

Um, Im having trouble getting into IRC chat whenever i go to the irc page it says "Disabled due to excessive CPU load" Ive been trying for ages and im wondering what the problem is and how its possible to bypass this problem (if at all)

Try downloading the actual mIRC Program, that should work...

While i thank u for ur advice it doesnt work still. Mirc installed i can go into MIRC and chat in rooms but when i go to the irc link on the main page i still get the disabled message

they had a java chat room running on MIRC running for a while, but like it says, they disabled it. so you've already downloaded MIRC? well run it. once it has ran there should be a little window titled mIRC options. click the pulldown menu labeld IRC network and select gamesnet. click connect to server. after it connects, another little window should pop up called mIRC channels folder. in the line at the top where you can type, type in #esf and join that room. there you go, you are in!

yeah the java chat was taken down cause it put too much strein on the servers
