Kaio-Ken(pronounced Kai-oh-ken) is a technique developed by the north kaio(king kai) which increases power, strength and speed.
He couldn't use it himself, but he taught Goku to use it.
He used it against Vegeta on Earth and against Furiza on Namek before he went Super Saiya-jin.

The user gets a fiery red aura.

The Kaio-Ken is multiplied by a number to give you more of the desired effect like "Kaio-Ken x6" and the higher the number the more damage to the body it does.

Ka-o-ken will prob not be in considering that once u use it ur muscles will buff up and when done buff down again and that would be a pain in the @$$ to make a switch like that.

Kaioken maybe, gameplay issues plauge this one. A low level goku could stomp on someone more powerful than him.
