After you take the screen shot, go into your half-life folder, as darknavigator said, and depending on the map you were playing on (for example esf_cell_day), the name of the pic will be esf_cell_day0000.bmp, 0001, 0002, and so on, depending how many you take.

Well I'f you have the pic you have to upload them to some free host. Then you come to the forum and type
{IMG}the link to the pic{/IMG} just replase the { with [

http://forum.esforces.com/images/buttons/reply.gif[*/img] ... then delete the "*" ... and your pic is inside of you post
you also can try to use html ... it's also enabled on this forum (yet)
