well 1 .. there are no tweaks to d/l just certain commands/settings that help u get more FPS...
2 A sticky is a topic thats always on top of the other topics soo you can always read it ... is labeled "Sticky:topic name: of course

But, even with a 400 you should be able to run ESF at more than 20FPS with a Geforce 3. Makes no sense, unless there is a hardware conflict. Check drivers, also you may have too many things running, sucking up your RAM, check out your running programs also.
