I have ADD V_V

To be honest, I have ADD. Not ADHD but ADD and i know how to get rid of it without taking those medication. I can solve it by my own by exercising. Although there is a way, and there will always be a way to shrink this ADD solution and be yourself again.

My mom is a nurse and she knows i have ADD when i was younger, and when i turn 13 i was calmed without taking any medication, and when i turn 15 I lost control of myself and unable to think because I am lazy, and tired. Things are to complicated. I couldn't talk i couldn't think and i couldn't sleep. Because I have ADD.

It doesn't mean I am autistic. It means that there is a solution going on about me. So feel free to post guys.
