I can't play online

I keep on geting an error saying my cd-key is invalid can anyone help me?
It's an original cd-key but it does not work.

if his wonid is banned it dosent matter WON and Steam 2 diffent things , if your cd key invalid most likey you typed it wrong or you already registed with that key
