How you make forums?!

I was wondering how to make forums like this one just a little different.
Cause im trying to make a Esforces fan forums. Thanks ppl'z!

You need to have a webserver capable of running MySQL and Post HTML Processing (PHP), or common gateway interconnect (CGI) scripts. After that, you need to but a version of vBulletin or obtain a copy of a freeware one (phpBB, Invision, etc.)
