i dont have that "steam" whatever it is(i dont have it thats for sure),how i can conect.they said me that i have to set up the filter and put update.i do date but the computer said:finish reciving file from8here said an ip number like: 435.643.65.456:8507 something like that),transferin data.it stay a long time like that.here is my question:how much time it takes,i have a conection of dsl 225 k/s.a friend say me that is anather form going to console.how is it???

to be able to play online or even on lan you absolutely have to have steam you can get it here at www.steampowered.com after you download steam make an account and everything ask about your connection time after youve done that

and make sure you have half life to youll need the cd key
