And boys on average do become mature at an older age than girls, but doesn’t have to mean they're smarter. There are always exceptions so we shouldn't assume ones intelligence/maturity by gender but as an individual. (That separates your people groups from 2 categories to 6.4 billion).

And KrOniK_HeMpKniGhT try not to bring up the subject of I.Q. s in forums it usually tunes into a competition for supremacy where there can be no true victor but me ;/ . My I.Q. ? If I told you, you would laugh at me and say I was lying.:S

If you check the calender there are several people who are over 30 but I think they lied about their age.
