How do you hang out

So yesterday was our "4th of july" down here in Israel, partying and everything. I was talking to one of my friends that he doesn't like all the partying mess, he loves being with the people he care about in pubs with beers and in rock/metal concerts.

So I thought to myself, how do you guys hangout on the weekend?

Do you boycott or go to all those parties and clubs with mainstream music?
You love to attend those awesome rock and metal concerts and afterwards just sit in a pub with some good music?
Do you MUST have dancing in your hang out?

Of course I want all of you to add your own unique options to your answers if the above doesn't suit you.

I am curious about your habits on this subject!

When I was younger, I wanted to be able to talk to people and get to know them. But these past 2 years, I've been rocking it hard at clubs and friends houses. Right now I can't wait until next week when all of my "boys" will be at the same place and getting ****faced! I never get ****faced tho, but that's the fun of it! They make me laugh so much that I cry in the end. And I love to dance, and I listen to mainstream music. And so does my girl. So it's logical that I would be where she is so that we can do our thing on the dancefloor.

Well... since I have weekends off I usually go down to the local bars with some friends or the Rock Shop which is a bar/music place for local bands and hang out.

My friends and I usually go to a bar downtown or have a grill party somewhere. Going out to a club and throwing some back and dancing is also fun. Well, if you can dance it is.

I usually hang out with myself and have a fantastically ******* good old session of World of Warcraft. I also fap to some good ass porn.

I also skype with friends and go on xbox to talk with them, because I'm usually out of the way to go pick up while they all live close to one another!

I dont like getting drunk and I dont see the appeal of mass drinking, getting "****faced" and not remembering what you did and calling that a "good time". I dont like clubs either as its hot, too loud to socialize, too crowded to dance (Im used to dancing on stage) and full of fake people and girls with tons of make-up on or that have duck-faces. I prefer to keep my head leveled and hang out with interesting people I can have a convo and a laugh with because they are naturally like that and without getting drunk they know what having fun really means.

That said, at the weekend I either find somewhere to drive to and do something fun, like go to an Expo of 1 of my various interests like Anime, Cars, Electronics, Games etc depending on whats going on. Go to my mates house and play games together, or just simply catch up with the games that I havent played lately. Go to car meetings, go to drift events, work on my car, go do some fun track days like Super Car experiences or just Karting or those low cost activities from Red Letter Days or Groupon.

If I drink, it would probably be water, juice or generally non-alcoholic drinks as I like driving too much to want to stop ^^. Assuming Im not going anywhere by car that day though, I would have 1-2 beers or something a lil' stronger like Desperados which I love or I love trying out new coctails or mix of drinks. At night I usually invite friends to sleep over, have music loud, get some mass cooking going or takeaway, whichever we feel like it and watch a movie or take turns playing some game. I have a Logitech G25 so we usually take turns in that for lap times or have Dirt3 in SplitScreen and we have a blast playing tag haha.

There is always something going on in whatever country you are in that doesnt require a person to be under the influence to have a good time. And if there really isnt, create something yourself^^.

PS: Dont forget to get high every once in a while when you feel too stressed. Thats the mother****in recipe hah
