How do I uninstall ECX

I recently downloaded the UM-WF Model Pack for Esf, they change the original models that came with ESF and I want to use them but ECX only lets me use its characters. I heard there was some thing in add-ons that I edit and it disables ECX. Is this true? If so how?

If you want to uninstall ECX, the easiest way is to reinstall ESF 1.2.3.

If you just want to use the new models you acquired, backup your original ECX player models, place your newly acquired ones where the ECX player models are, and rename them to the correct filename.
