upload a picture to a server on the internet. click the user tab titled "userCP" up top, then click the "edit profile" link. find the text box in the middle that says signature and put in the proper image tags as stated by shoarma kip.

You need a host for your picture.

You'll need to get a host on the internet and put your picture on it. (some hosts are free, though i'm not sure which ones),
