HLSS Non-Compatible???

I just wanted to know if the program HLSS for Half-Life is compatible with ESF, it's an tool to literally SPEAK sounds/music into the game (beats holding your mic against the speaker to let others hear that supercool music track )

So ehm, if anyone knows please tell me. Since when i have something i want to get it to work lol >_< . Im trying more stuff atm.

AND IF ANYONE SAYS NO, I DONT BELIEVE YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE GOOD PROOF. JUst like with the AMX MOD which was so called UNCOMPATIBLE. Then why the hell do i run it on my server?

I really hate people like you... why do you think that people actually want to hear the music and quotes that you have while playing a game? ESF has an Mp3 built in, we don't need to hear your low quality choppy playback of the songs.

But for the topic so i'm not ranting, I'm not sure if it is compatible as I have never seen anyone use it. So I'm not sure it is compatible.
