Yeah I really liked the preview (even if it was short). If you want more previews on the new engine download the preview for Vampire the Macarade: Bloodlines because it is running off the same engine as HL2 and it looks really good.

Here's my list:
1 == Fantastic tech demo with commentary
2 == First night gravity gun fight
3 == A conversation with Eli (scientist) and Alyx
4 == Alyx and the tenacles (not what you're thinking, hentai fans)
5 == Fighting side-by-side with Barney
6 == Summoning the Ant Lions
7 == Vehicle fight!
8 == Strider Battle (by far the best)

Like I said, #city17 is the place altho check out #halflife2 while ur there.

Wahahaahahahahaahaha! yeah, ive watched em all... my favourate overall is the battle with the 40 foot "war of the worlds" i couldnt believe it first, knocking down buildings. CRAWLING UNDER ARCHES! damm! it amazing, my favouate showing of the AI is when there trying to storm the house your in, you kick a few things in front of the door, the guy starts kicking it, another starts shooting though the window, you hide, the door gets kicked down, you run upstairs, people shooting you, you get this gavity gun thing and pull the radiator off the wall and launch it at someone upstairs ^_^ oh the fun, dont forget, this is actaully LOW requirements.. took me a while to amaze myself, but they say its around the leuge of uk2003 reqirements, so thats good, plus its mod friendly with loads of official tutuorials, i cannot wait for this piece of amazing work!

OOH yeah!
they have made it the same style of ending as hl. so leaves you gagging for hl3 ^_^

They kept back loads of engines they say, mainly because the pc's of today are not ready for it, they said they will be adding it all to HL3 so it will be 10x better than hl 2 !
