It will be quite a long time, trust me. Come on, aren't the current transformations strong enough? If you want godlike transformations, use Vegeta or Krilin or something, characters that take longer to trans have better transed forms. 1.2 or 1.3 can be safely said not to contain any more transformations, because there's simply too much more to be done before we get there. That would take a lot of re-balancing that I don't think the developers are very eager for right now (correct if me I assume to much).
