ok..... since there are about 6.2 x 10^34 people banned from these forums, i am wondering... for the Beta release, should i just

1) remove all bans?
2) keep it as is ?
3) shut off the forum?
4) cheesecake > pie

No - the banned people will stay banned, however we will remove the IP bans, because there are alot of _innocent_ people who cant access this forum due to IP bans enforced here to stop repeat spammers etc.

And the next person to throw this topic off subject will get banned untill the beta release... c'mon guys.. this is a fkn serious thread :\

I say give the guys a chance and if they do anything remotely bad again then ban their asses. After seeing how good the beta is more than a few people should change their ways..

[EDIT] Now I understand, I think that you should lift the IP ban in order to protect the misfortunate.

hmmm lol what if the ppl then know that their ban will be deleted when beta is out??? all hell would break lose on this forum.

everybody will make 10 threads about asking the beta, because they know that their ban will be deleted whens beta out.

I think they should get a second chance, not many people get that in life you know. We can always ban them again if they start **** but for now they need to be lifted except for the newest ones done like a week or two ago heh. Seriously though they should be lifted and given a second chance.

but people get banned because they were first warned and most times warned again then banned for a bit then perm banned...

it isn't hard to ban people... so I meen most people who were banned never come here to hceck (This is assuming they have a permanet ban) if the ban is up.

Plus thats not what he ment. He meens just take off the IP Bans so the people who didn't do anything wrong and were affected can get the Beta. You dun wanna hurt the innocent.

The IP bans i think shub be lifted, and adjusted accordingly to repeat offenders and such. Dont unban anyone that has been baned, just let the innocent get the beta! Were a democratic community aint we!
