Well first you need to be Steam Validated then you will see the Help Section. If you don't have steam, then I guess you are SOL.

Then you should see the help section. If not, PM skyrider about 6 to 10 times with the same message over and over and he should help you.

That was a question mark. He validated his account before he email activated his account which is the result of him not being moved.. I've manually done so now.
