ok guys im taking another go at trying to install esf after i install it i go into counter-strike and then costum games but esf isnt there to active please help

well if you are talking about steam, what i think.

you have to have ESF installed in
in the right directory, i have it installed in a half-life folder.
but you can always wait for a couple of days and install beta 1.2, i bet the make the installer install it in the right "custom" directory

You may installed it in the wrong folder ^^

It must look like:
...\Sierra\Counter-Strike\esf

hhhm no i dont have steam but my friend said i should try it also my friend told me to install it just in the counter-strike folder where all the other mods are listed,p.s. i also have counter-strike retail

\SteamApps\email\Counter-Strike

yeh i realized i had to install steam into counterstrike in order for it to work thnx goku
