im having alot of troubel ading models to the game because i cant find the map i have to put the botfile can sombody help me

oke i found it but its not working , put brolly in there but i cant pick him in the game

did you replace the model of the char the MDL file says
or did you just put the Brolly model in there

if you didnt understand just read the name of brolys MDL file and replace the original whit that one and dont forget to macke back up copies of the original model

1.)you unrar the file you downloaded
2.)you open the file you unrared and read the name of the MDL file (only if there is a folder after you unrared)
3.)the MDL file will be named after a original ESF character so you go to that characters folder in your ESF/models/player/<name of MDL file> folder
4.)you rename the ESF characters MDL file to something else (best thing to do is add a 1 at the end of the name)
5.)you move the unrared MDL file to where the renamed characters MDL file is

NOTE:
-make shure not to confuse the SSJ and normal form MDL files
-MDL file means character model file you can wiew those whit HL model wiewer
-unrar is equal to extract
-upon exeption of this "tutoreal" and faliure of understandment the user will be punished in other words if you still dont understand get me on MSN and ill tell you step by step :laff:

the file is called brolly.mdl and its places in the map model/brolly

you nead to replace an existing model or it wont work the old Brolly models were for Cell if im not misstaken but the new one is going to be for Vegeta

fix it by renaming it to cell.mdl puting it in to the map models/player/Cell/ in your ESF directory and the second transform for Brolly put in the second cell map renaming it again to fit the actual model of cells accended formi forgot what it is called but i think its cell2.mdl youll have to check on that1 yourself

then ingame select cell and you should play whit Brolly

u should know that u cant select brolly ingame. it only replaces an existing model. so if u replace the cell model with the brolly model then u have to select ingame cell then u can see brolly

oke i put brolly in the cell map and named it cell.mdl
but when i start a game it telling me that brolly has a rong code or somthing

can you be more specific like whwere did you get the model (i shure hope you arnt using the 1.1 Brolly model for 1.2)

Here is the simplest step-by-step instructions I can give you.

1.This is what the zip file looks like. I don't use WinZip, or WinRar, just the Windows default compression thing.

2. Extract the zip file to your steam\steamapps\your e-mail\Half-Life directory, and all the files will automatically go into the right directories. I believe the model replaces Vegeta, so in order to play as Brolli, select Vegeta from the character menu. He will still have all vegeta's attacks, it will just be Brolli's character,

*note* This is just a model, not an entire character replacement.

well only the attackes stay the same the name also changes to Brolli
