Help with installation

Hello there, First of all i can tell you that i am Steamed and i have Half-Life part one which came out on 1998.
About my problem now: When i try to install ESF1.2.3it says that :Directory is not valid or the version of installed game does not correspond.
Any ideas what shud i do?

Make sure you install it like that:
Local Disk C:/ProgramFiles/Steam/steamapps/yourname@/Half-Life

That should do it

try running halflife first also pics to prove your using steam

ESF. Half-life's running just kay, right? What's the point in reinstalling it? I was talking about ESF.

Ok guys sorry, i downloaded the esf from other site, now i have the ur one which is working As i sayed I am sorry It is working now And thank you for the help. Delete the thread.

Seems like a bad download.

Can you tell me where you downloaded it from?
