i only have paint, yes know its a bad program but i need help to get a good sig program any iders??

I am not a sigmaker (not yet ) but try photosop 6 that is what i am going to use u can download it with morpheus of kazaa

Adobe Photoshop 6 is a good program (most ppl here use it) its alot better then panit since u can do ALOT more things, like fadeing, Layers, Filters, etc etc. . . . .

ok i have stated this before do not mention morpheus or kazaa on any board second it is highly i stress highly illegal to download the photoshop 6 or psp. so get some cash and buy them

Even still, theres a daily 50,000 people on kazaa alone. Chances are your not gonna get in any trouble, i've downloaded like 15 games, 20 programs. A hell of alot of stuff, I'm fine lol.
