Every Time when I try To create a server a problem apear: error in HL.EXE do you know what it is??

Are you using STEAM ?

Also you might want to reinstall Half Life 1

He is using the Won version of half-life, use Steam. The WON Version is old, and won't work properly anymore. Earth Special Forces v1.2.X has been created for Steam, and Steam only. Also ~read this thread~ how to install Earth Special Forces on Steam.
