No, no and no. The only electronics i actually like is the ones used in the 80s and 90s pop music. None of that rinse and repeat stuff. Though give me some nice old rock and im a happy camper.

I still stand by what i say. I just dont like techno. For some reason it always makes my ears hurt badly. To much forced bass and repetition.

I like the softer bass stuff.

I usually don't listen to music but when I do, it's never hardcore/hardstyle/something else hard or heavy. I want to hear some complex sounds, not just 1 tune with a huge bass that only makes your body shake a bit. I want something I can feed my brains on.

The Melbourne shuffle is a piece of what should be something larger and more intricate. Watching some ******* slide back and forth for 10 minutes isn't a performance. I've seen people in subway stations in NYC with better routines. If I played the first 5 seconds of fur elise over and over again, you'd think I was an *******.

You obviously dont know anything about this stuff do you? The shuffle ins't really meant to be a performance, it's (not to sound cheesy or something) a way of expression kind of... can't really explain it that well but whatever... Anyway, there is no choreography, because it should just kind of flow through you. It's also more than just one move OVER AND OVER again.. that'd be boring It's also harder than it looks. Takes practice. LOT'S of practice.

I cant blame you. Lots of **** gets passed for art these days. A friend of mine went to an art festival last year. There were performers from all over the world, and one of them had the following act.

He was on stage, in the nude and he kept placing blank sheets of paper on the floor on a spiral shape. When he was finished 1 hour later he proceeded to lay down in the middle with his crotch facing the audience.

Yes people call that art.


In any case im not comparing your little dance to that, but dont assume people dont know about stuff if their views are so much different than yours. Especially since shuffling most likely originated from the moonwalk.

This is just another style of dancing. So its again just a matter of taste. Those who say its easy or steps are repeating all over then they dont know nothing about ANY dancing style because that would mean waltz is some pathetic piece of style
