well I talked to tweek, and he did a drawover, but before I do this, I think I need a second opinion.

A person who will remain anonymous unless he wants to be known, pmed me earlier today, and asked if he could skin my model. I asked him if I could see what he could do, and he totally surpirsed me and I want to show everyone.

his body seems fine to me, what needs help is his neck and head, it just looks wierd especially his neck, also that skin is awesome!!

that drawover is terrible, dont follow it. looks nothing like gohan. You should just remake the model, it looks pretty bad right now. (poly placement, it wont animate ingame properly by joints, porportions suck.)

Rebuild it on a ref.

any model can look good ingame, as long as it looks decent from behind, you dont get a good view of a models build ingame,

well i think you should lenghten the face out a bit because from the front it looks like he has a tiny ball like head and make the head a bit wider . From the side it looks like he has a beer belly , maybe resize it because now his chest looks flat, then it goes wide and then flat again . I shouldnt change the legs i think they look good
