when i do gohan shiled and some1 wanna do kame on me he explode the gs neer the shiled and in that way the gs cant protect me
so i think that gohan shiled should protect u from explotion as well

every move has to have a weakness, and that is the shield attack's weakness

it wouldnt be fair to allow someone who is playing gohan to be completely invulnerable from everything whenever they want

I agree with this suggestion and i also think that the sheid should cover a bigger area so that if you wanted to, you could protect a teamate or two as well as yourself

I saw MANY cowards in ESF ... so in a 1on1 match (Goku vs Gohan), Gohan would make a shield as long as he can ... recharge and do it again ... Goku wouldn't have ANY possibilities to hurt him .... the Gohan player would laugh around while [censored] ...
everyone should have a chance to hurt the gohan ... shields are annoying ... it's just added, because Gohan lacks of attacks

well i think its a good idea......the weakness of the shield to beams is that it takes ki to block them. so you simply nail it ....he has to power up...and while hes powering up you can smack him into the floor and beat the crap out of him.........
but of course you alos have to think of noobs spamming it..........could you imaging a team of noob gohans overlapping eachothers sheilds......

maybe make generic balls peirce shields..........that way you see a giant FF coming your way you can protect yourself.....but there is still a way for every charecter to hit the shield spammers

Yes..I remember the first thing I did when my cousin left his house (had to go to church)...I "Ki Shielded" like there was NO Tommorow!!! It was through this that I found out that Gohan has a "Ki Shield Blast" (However..it sucks SOOOO BAD...) And I kept attacking walls with Renzoku and was kicked off of 4 different servers while he was gone...HAHAHAHAHAHA ahhh..good fun...

maybe shield attack should turn into a ps attack (as seen in the garlic juinour saga in dbz) or when doing the sheild u should allow powerful beams to ps with it

It's fine how it is now. It's instant, so as soon as you see an incoming energy attack, you can block it with the shield. If you sit there spamming it, you run the risk of getting blasted out of it. Risk vs reward. They did the same thing to melee blocking.

The shield is useful when you use it right. It is meant to be pulled up just before the beam would hit you. Though when people blow up their beams in your face before it reaches you then it doesn't really help. Which is why I think secondary for beams should detach the beam (with exception of straight beams like masenko) instead of blowing it up.

well i think that it should protect u from blasts of beams..cuz thats kinda weak...the sheild already has a weakness...adn that is that it drains your ki...and asoon as you stop using the attack the sheild effect goes away...so all u have to dom it wait it out....thats all..so it already does have a way that it can be penetrated by any character...just takes some patience...

So maybe do kame on him and win his gohan shield?
that way it will be fair to gohan to? cuz if he do gs and u kame neer him he cant do nothing

maybe making the charge time I had with the shield will be the power that the secondary attack will be...
in spirites maybe could be like brooly charge for his special ball attack...
and I think that the sec fire for the shield should be faster... like I need to wait too much time b4 it might be useful
