Gma ewon't install

I'm on win 8, fresh download, have halflife installed on steam. When I'm trying to install it and i get to the install location, it wont let me click install (its just greyed out and cant be clicked) and it wont let me choose any other folders if i hit browse (OK is always greyed out.) Any ideas from you gguys?

You need to run Halflife at least once.

Yeah, you have to grab the other installer on the page, I think. One of them just pukes all over itself when you try to run it, the other actually installs what you want.

No. Its an issue with STEAM not unpacking all files untill its actually started once. The installer craps out if you dont run HL and load up a level.
