well I connect until it says NO MOTD then I get d/ced

Then try connecting to a other adress, like irc.us.gamesurge.net or irc.au.gamesurge.net

Welp, it worked...sorta. It disconnects right after it displays the MOTD

Try scanning your computer for Trojans, you might have a IRC Trojan, if you have you get automatically disconnected by GameSurge, also try to re-install mIRC

And if you the latest IRC Version (6.14 I believe) with the latest NoNameScript did you make it compatible with IRC Version 6.14? If not head to NNS Site and get info on how to make it compatible with 6.14.

get the latest version of mIRC without nnscript and try again
