Game wont start

I recently re-installed windows and when i downloaded ESF again and tried to play, a pop-up said

"Mod_NumForName:sprites/voiceicon.spr not found"

Then the game crashes...

I tried re-installing ESF but the same thing was brought up the next time

WHAT DO I DO????

run in OpenGL instead of Software
