game sounds

im having problems with my game sounds....whenever i put in some sounds into the game like a diff trans sound for vegeta it doesnt sound as loud as it should be so i have to stop the music from the game and turn my speakers up just to hear vegeta trans.... :\.... is there anyway to turn up the sound on my sound files so that i can hear em better?? it also happens with gallit gun i replaced the charge sound for it and i can barley hear it so i have to turn off the game music

maybe be it is just the quality of the sound file every sound file i have replaced has worked fine

Use your sound editor to raise the volume...

Why would you want to change my B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L sounds? Oh wait, it's in english, i can't help the dub's crappy voice work Now my jap pack.. whoo.. you could drool over that. Anyways, 1.2 will have a huge variety of new Voice and SFX. You'll also be forced to listen to it, hopefully the installer will remove your 3rd party sound


Volume is most likely your problem, try using 22050 Hz with 16bit, Steam supports 48000Hz
