Ok game play is great fun in the begining it was confusing to get used to the melee now its fine after some time getting used to.
but theres just one thing bothering me too much about melee its takeing away the ki/blasts part of the game. now im not saying change the melee so you can use ki stuff more often no. to get ki into the game you gota hide the ki people. so if i decide i wana shot some kamahamaha's well the opponent should not notice me till the last second.
example: the second somone starts charging a blast he should be taken off radar until that blast is fully charged once its fully charged he should flash rapidly on the radar. to indicate someones gona fire something big.
this is so that people dont just use melee all day for who ever pops up on radar first.
also the blasts and ki stuff should get its own targeting thingy but have it so when you target somone you can target them 3 times farther then when you target them in melee.
and have it so that the second somone targets you an exlimation mark appears above your head (!). indicating somones targeted you.
is that cool for you??
more: blasts if havent hurt you much should push you away. and sometimes temporarily disable the scouter to give the effect your scouters been hit too.
oh and no matter what you do if you get hit by a kamahamaha and it should not matter if your blocking it or not it should just touch you and drag you back. and if you block you reduce the damage and speed of the ball. when you do a struggle and the ball or blast is weakened so its right in front of your face then your health shoudl slowly drain cause your being hurt by the closeness of the blast. i never seen a blast just blow up when it hit somone. it should usually hit drag the person away and should never explode until your health reaches Zero(0). and probably not even explode just keep going and disapear when the character dies.
