kids will be kids, taking away a ps2 will maybe teach him for about a month but a kid can get a new one in less then a month its not hard -_-......my dad quit punishing me at the age of 13 (i am 18 now) but he relized I had no reaction to punishment and it just didnt work for him. he's at work all day any way so i could do as i please (ive never drank or did drugs though), so it was pretty much nonsense to punish someone you can not even watch except on weekends and in teh evening....

Nah, that'd be impossible. The worst parents in the world would commit incest on their children before selling them into slavery. You're at the "tip of the iceberg", this poor couple is just pissed.

And they should be. Kids are such ****s today, no respect for anybody (I should know, I'm a kid ) The kid proved himself not only untrustworthy/deceitful but he wasted HUNDREDS of dollars. I think it's only right that he gets his little entertainment system taken away from him. Maybe without a fantasy world distracting him, the little moron can start wiping his own crack and passing his special-ed classes.

I think most of the parent's typos were caused by righteous fury, not stupidity. They laid what appears to be a highly deserved mental beatdown on that kid, something most parents are too scared to do in our pansy little candy-land society now. I don't believe in beating kids or anything like that, but I do believe parents are getting soft. Just look around at the idiots that are walking around today.

Hell, one time, a friend of mine accidentally racked up a 300 dollar porn bill.

And he barely got in any crap at all from his Dad when the bill came in... people are just getting too lax.
