I started a thread like this a long time ago. thought id make a new one for those with writing/musical talent. this is an open thread to any type of music. ive choosen to do rap "figures" lol

kk just wrote somethin entitled "girls"
Ima, write some more and become a pro
They used to talk s***, now they dont want no mo'
Become rich with jews, houses, and clothes
And give them somethin to look at me fo'
I got me a girl now im about to sco'
Yeah she a freak and aint scared to blow
And if you want, you can f*** the a**hole
She'll swear up and down she aint a hoe
Ima get another girl after the show
It's goin to be another freak, yeah u know
I dont want a girl who wants it slow
But swallow the white stuff like it was snow
Now i see the groupies, the fun just begun
Im like Jay-Z
Got 99 problems but a b**** aint one

Blinded like goats, with what you yet consider professionaly

We watch the game rise and rise, i'm just continuing the wounds conflicting when I get to speak
Acidic encryptions of lyrical 187s that tend to leak
What's the final prize your finally realize, the earth carrying your coffin, cement, and-concrete

What lands have we not been through,
What eyes not looked us down,
What falls did not leave despair,
That did not set us down.

Yet, as I look at the sky and wonder,
What is meant for me,
I see the lands of life eternal,
Behind the endless sea.
But flowers oh so beautiful,
One day could be true,
Though as I go through the voyage,
My "us" is missing you.

As the sphere rotates again,
And my breath clouds the air,
The icicles pierce the gentle leaves.
And though they may come close,
And though they may be nigh,
The us heats me up eternally from the sky.

For as I look once more in the gap,
Between the lost and found,
I realize that no matter what blocks the way,
I'll eventually come around.
Yet as I grow to wonder,
What the pains in my soul mean,
I realize that it's only you,
Trying to keep me clean.

And now, wherever I am,
In the point of no return,
I ask myself continue?
Or forever yearn,
For the image of the flowers,
Burned in the back of my mind,
I realize more than ever,
Cannot be left behind.

No matter what happens,
You'll always be in my arms.

Rap is not people who are trying to "attempt" poetry. People say that because Tupac was the only poetic rapper. If you actually LISTEN to some of the rappers, ull understand it more. Just because theyre black, you think theyre lame. I can say the same for rock, country, pop.. bleh f*** it... close the thread
